Caring

Our pastor is one of the volunteer chaplains at our local hospital, Cassia Regional Medical Center. Pastoral care is availble to church members and friends at this facility and others as needed. Lay members deliver communion monthly.

DivorceCare

Caring

Those experiencing divorce or separation are encouraged to join this support group regardless of church membership or faith tradition. Church members lead ongiong sessions of DivorceCare, which is a faith-based literature.

FREE MEALS

Reaching Out in Mission

BUMC members feel called to share our daily bread. We have just begun a tradition of offering dinner for FREE to all who come through our doors. We aim to do so 3-4 times annually, and our first two dinners were nothing short of miraculous!

Communion--in homes, hospitals, and nursing facilities

Caring

Faithful volunteers from BUMC deliver communion to those who are sick or homebound. You may also contact the church to request communion at any time.

Thanks to our Evangelism Team, first time visitors are "mugged" with BUMC coffee mugs and useful information to introduce you to our many ministries.

Community Oasis (shelter and soup kitchen in Rupert, Idaho)

Reaching Out in Mission

Volunteers from BUMC take meals monthly to this nearby shelter. The fellowship during these meals is a wonderful blessing to all who break bread together on these evenings.

Join us for fellowship, worship, food, Bible study, life-changing discussion, and fun that's just for teens! (All 6th-12th graders welcome!) We have a growing youth group, an energetic youth director, and fantastic volunteer youth leaders.

Health and Wholeness

With the help of countless volunteers, BUMC is able to provide meals and other assistance to families during times of illness, grief, recovery from surgery, and other times of need.
