Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir helps lead worship at the 11 AM Lively Traditions worship service each Sunday.  We meet Wednesdays at 7:00 PM to rehearse in the sanctuary, and we rehearse and lead worship year round.

Kairos Prison Ministry

The Kairos prison ministry addresses the spiritual needs of incarcerated men and women, their families and those who work in the prison environment.

ARK Child Development Center

Nationally accredited child care center which operates as a mission of the church. Child care and pre-school instruction provided for ages 6 weeks to age 12. We offer Christian service to the whole family.

Multi-Church Lenten Study

We participate with other local churches to provide a meaningful time of study and worship during the Lenten season.

LA Cares food distribution ministry

The first Sunday of each month our church collects non-perishable foods for the local LA Cares ministry, which provides food and services to families in Los Alamos county.

We participate in the community Winterfest Light Parade with a float and carolers.

Our church provides short-term support such as meals and transportation for those in the church family going through a crisis in their lives.

Children and Youth Sunday School

Worship

Classes for pre-school through high school. PreK-6th grade classes help children see, hear and live their belief in God. 7-9 graders study the Old and New Testaments. Seniors cover various Bible and current studies and focuses on community service.

Home bound Meals

The church family provides meals to those in the community unable to prepare meals for themselves or who are going through a crisis.

Youth Roller Skating/Blading Program

Reaching Out in Mission

This outreach has been open to the community since 1962. Youth are welcome throughout the school year.  United Skates, offers two open skating sessions on Friday evenings during the school year.  The earlier session, beginning at 5:30 pm is for 3rd graders and younger.  The 2nd session is open to 4th graders and older. We also host community skating parties on Saturday afternoons, by appointment.

Relay for Life (American Cancer Society)

The church supports a nearby community with boxes of food and gifts to families in need.

Family Circle

Fun for All

Family Circle is a group of families with children in various age groups.  We meet on the 1 and 3 Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. for a light dinner and fellowship and break at 6:30 p.m. for study and discussion.  Studies vary from parenting, couples studies and books of the Bible.
