Zion began its life as an Evangelical congregation in the late 1800s, eventually becoming Zion EUB Church. In 1968 when the EUB and the Methodist denominations merged, we became Grand Forks Zion United Methodist Church.
As a congregation, we place a high value on strong families formed and nourished by a strong faith in God and Our Savior, Jesus Christ. From this foundation, we work for changed hearts and a changed world to the glory of God and the living presence of His Kingdom on earth.
