Barlow partners with the John Wesley United Methodist Church Health Education Center(HEC) to provide ongoing health awareness that focuses on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Health and wholeness is incorporated into the total life of the church and community. Special events will be announced.
Caring
Persons who are institutionalized or home bound receive Communion during pastoral care visitations.

Caring
Barlow stands in solidarity with Africa in her fight against malaria. Monetary donations are made through the Mississippi Annual Conference.
Hunger
The UMM and UMW will provide meals for elderly persons in the community who need assistance.
Reaching Out in Mission
Barlow UMM offer leadership to Barlow in our disaster relief efforts. We provide support as needed, to included filling flood buckets and contributing other supplies throughout the community.

Reaching Out in Mission
Barlow provides school supplies to the Long Creek Elementary School in Sallis at the beginning of each new school year. Other support is provided as needed.

The Young Voices include kid’s ranging in age from 2 to 9 years.
