Washington Hill United Methodist Church has just celebrated its 175th anniversary. It is housed in a traditional meeting house of 1834 vintage. It is still lit with oil lanterns and heated with a pot-bellied stove. (An outhouse is provided outside, as there is no water or plumbing in the church.) If you are looking to see how our ancestors worshipped, this is a good chance!
