Welcome to Trinity United Methodist Church. I invite you to come and see...
We believe that God is calling us to be a courageous church! Celebrating God’s grace, Loving like Jesus and Serving the world. This purpose is what we strive to embody in word, action and deed.
In the first chapter of the gospel of John, Jesus invites his followers to come and see. Come and see what Jesus is all about. I invite you to explore our website and then come and see! Come and see how we celebrate God’s grace in worship. Come and see how we grow closer to God and each other, through small groups, prayer, study, and fellowship. Come and see how lives are changed and God’s mission is fulfilled in our service to our neighborhood, community and world. Come and see where God is leading us as a community of faith with loving and faithful hearts! Come and see! Come and see what we are all about at the corner of Glendale and 31st Ave.

Fun for All
On Sunday Morning we offer Sunday School at 10:30. We invite our children to join us in church at 10:15 and stay through our "Young Disciples Time" after words they are invited to go with their Sunday School teachers to Sunday School.
Preschool – 2nd graders meet in Room 3, and use an interactive curriculum called Godly Play, which invites the child to wonder what it would be like to enter into the sacred story. We believe children have an innate sense of the presence of God. The Godly Play approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Godly Play is a curriculum of spiritual practice exploring the mystery of God’s presence in our lives. The Godly Play curriculum engages what is most exciting about religious education: God inviting us into—and pursuing us in the midst of—Scripture and spiritual experience. Godly Play practice teaches us to listen for God and to make authentic and creative responses to God’s call in our lives.
Godly Play is a creative, imaginative approach to Christian formation and spiritual guidance.
Godly Play has a Montessori foundation with 40+ years of research and practice.
Godly Play values process, openness, discovery, community and relationships.
Godly Play models the worship life, stories, symbols and rituals of Christian congregations.
Godly Play allows practitioners to make relevant and personal theological meaning.
Godly Play nurtures participants to larger dimensions of belief and faith through wondering and play.
3rd-6th graders meet in Rm 2 and use a curriculum calls HeartShapers to learn the stories of our faith and how those sacred stories form our identity as we live out our faith in the world. HeartShapers Children’s Curriculum is designed to help your children discover God through scripture. No matter where your child goes or what they do, the lessons they learn Sunday school will be with them for a lifetime. Come along on the journey—shape hearts and change lives.
