Twice a year Sierra Vista furnishes drivers for 2 weeks for Meals for the Elderly.

The Youth Choir practices during Fellowship meetings on Sunday evenings and sings at special services, especially Youth Weekend services.

Sierra Vista has 6 Praise Teams which take turns leading the music at the Saturday Night Services. The teams include youth and adults. Practice times vary.

The only requirement is that you love to sing. The Sanctuary Choir sings at both services on Sunday. Specials are presented at various times which include drama, jazz band and orchestra.

Sierra Vista maintains an active prayer list which is shared weekly with the congregation. A prayer room is also available for individual use.

Trips for adults to special points of interest in the community...followed by a Dutch-treat meal at a favorite restaurant.

Each October the front of Sierra Vista is transformed into a huge pumpkin patch. Children from local schools and preschools come to learn about the pumpkins and to hear a story. Proceeds benefit the youth program.

Fellowship group for 6th graders. Times and dates will be set in the fall.

For grades K-5th. The Children's Choirs present 2 musicals each year as well as singing at special services. Rehearsals will begin in September.

Sierra Vista has had 5 teams cooking for and feeding children in the Kids Eat! program during the summer of 2010.

This group volunteers at Alta Loma Elementary School and supports both the students and teachers.

Each summer the Jr. High Youth Group and the Sr. High Youth group spend a week each summer serving others. Some trips are out of state...some are in Texas.

Sierra Vista members and groups work together to raise money each October for local charities. Activities include a silent auction, a live auction, a brisket lunch, country store, garage sale, brisket sale, carnival for children and more.
