Leesville UMC a warm, friendly, and caring community of faith in Batesburg-Leesville, nestled in the midlands of South Carolina. We call Leesville UMC a family of faith, a place where, in an increasingly impersonal and fragmented world, we can find meaningful connections. Here we discover that we belong to the family of God, the church, and to each other.
At Leesville UMC you can become as involved as you like - from worshipping on Sunday mornings, to belonging to study groups and fellowship groups, to working in one of several service groups, to teaching Sunday School, to a dozen other opportunities.
Our congregation is diverse in many ways. Our ages range from infants to senior citizens. There are singles and families, toddlers and young adults. As our church continues to grow, newcomers are welcomed by everyone, even those who have been a part of the church family for a half a century and longer. In a community that is growing as rapidly as Batesburg-Leesville, it is good to have those who bring a sense of continuity and history to our midst.
